Crucible Aluminium Melting/Holding Furnaces

Designed as main melting furnace for casthouses that requires molten metal continuously or as holding furnace for alloying.

These furnaces are mostly used for ingot casting plants and melting factory returns.

According to customer requirments these furnaces can be stationary or hydraulic tilt type. Hydraulic tilt types are desinged for manually tilt down for safety.

Top cover can be manual or pneumatic actuated.

Thanks to recuperator placed on chimney, combustion is more efficient and energy saving.

Emergency relieve cover protects the furnace on crucible damages.

These furnaces can be operated with any kind of liquid or gas fuel.
