Aluminium Profile Ageing Furnaces

Desinged for ageing aluminium profiles after extrusion.

Electrically heated, gas or liquid fuel types are available.

According to customer requirements;

Hot Car (Transfer car is inside of the furnace during process)
Cold Car (Profiles are left on the supports inside of the furnace by transfer car. Transfer car is outside of the furnace during process)
Chain Bottom
Roller Bottom

Models are available.

Thanks to high efficient thermoblock, furnace supplies indirect heating. Furnace reaches 175 °C – 185 °C in 1 hour.

On holding stage of the ageing process, circulation fan changes direction in specific frequence and supplies multi directional air flow. By this way furnace supplies more homogen temperature inside envoirment.
